Even if that's the precedent? If expense for some kids is an issue, wouldn't having it at the school make it easier for EVERYONE to attend? The other issues (security, decor, etc.) would be a breeze at BMS too. Easier to get kids involved in setting up, etc., too.... I went to "snooty hot tub middle school" in Bill Gates' home town, and even WE just had all our dances at the school. Call me wa kill-joy, but does it have to be somewhere besides BMS?
